First of all let me say that I apologize for lagging behind the past few weeks on updating the blog. I've been very busy and haven't had much time to finish it yet. Also, I wanted to say that I'd like some feedback from each of you concerning our "Southern Hospitality" Party. Please leave your comments on what foods, possible games and maybe a few dates that will work for your families. I also would like to know how many family members will be attending.
Merle Norman was fun! I hope y'all enjoyed it and liked your makeovers. You are all so BEAUTIFUL before and after the facials!!!! We missed having Savannah, Allison, and Kristin with us!!!!!
Keep in mind that our last day is May16th. That means only 3 weeks left...

Cookie Exchange
Alrighty....COOKIE EXCHANGE is THIS week! Please bring 3 dozen. (The little invitation said 2 dozen but we changed it so each girl could take home more!) Also, bring your cookie recipe to share with the class.
We'll making the special surprise for our families and Kristin will be demonstrating something pretty fantastic!
Don't forget to bring your quilt supplies in case we have time.
Looking forward to tasting some yummy cookies and adding new recipes to my cookbook. You gals are doing awesome! Also, this is the last cooking class until January!

Thanksgiving "Gobblers" Were Beautiful!
Everyone did a fantastic job with their turkeys. It was a fun and creative week.
Next week, I would like to challenge each of you to make dinner for your family on Wednesday evening after class. You'll need to have the ingredients ready at home but DO NOT bring them to class. See week 4 for the ingredient list and directions. I'd like to know who will be doing this so send a comment and 'holler at me :)
Also, don't forget this Wednesday is ORNAMENT EXCHANGE week so bring your homemade ornaments to class to share with everyone!!!! You'll need to bring 9.
